- There is no account to recover — your vault lives in your own browser storage.
- Clearing site data resets the Pearl balance, and that cannot be undone from our side.
- We cannot transfer, restore or convert Glow Pearls, because they have no external value.
- For layout bugs, tell us the browser, version and screen size. It saves a whole round trip.

Things the desk hears often
Unfortunately not. The balance is stored only in your browser, so clearing cookies or site data resets it to the starting figure. Claim the daily allocation and you are straight back in the water.
The reef carries no advertising and no third-party placements. If you have a genuinely relevant proposal, write to the general inbox and we will read it.
You can clear everything yourself in one step via your browser's site-data settings. If you have also emailed us, write to the privacy inbox and we will remove that correspondence.
No plans for one. The site is responsive and installs as a browser shortcut just fine, which keeps the whole thing lightweight and permission-free.
