Reef Deck/Privacy Policy
LegalPrivacy Policy
MeadowRidgeWorks collects almost nothing, and this page explains exactly what that "almost" covers.
1. The short version
There is no account system on MeadowRidgeWorks, no analytics suite, no advertising network and no third-party tracker. Your Glow Pearl balance, your age confirmation and your cookie choice are written to your own browser and never leave it. The only information that can reach us is what you deliberately type into an email or the Sonar Desk form.
2. What is stored in your browser
The reef writes a handful of keys into local storage on the device you are using:
- Age confirmation — remembers that you have passed the 18+ gate so it does not reappear on every page.
- Glow Pearl balance — the current figure in your vault.
- Daily claim marker — the calendar date of your last free allocation, so the grant runs once per day.
- Cookie choice — whether you selected "essential only" or "accept all".
None of these values are transmitted to a server, and none of them identify you. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of them permanently, which also resets the Pearl vault to its starting figure.
Because storage is per-browser and per-device, opening MeadowRidgeWorks somewhere else gives you a completely fresh vault. That is expected behaviour, not a fault.
3. Information you send us voluntarily
If you write to support@meadowridgeworks.com or one of our other inboxes, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to resolve the conversation, plus a short archival period. We use it for nothing else — no mailing list, no profiling, no sharing.
The Daily Pearls panel and the Sonar Desk form are front-end demonstrations. They validate what you type, show a confirmation message and then discard it. Nothing is posted to a server from either form.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors.
- We do not run behavioural advertising or retargeting pixels.
- We do not build profiles of playing habits.
- We do not request payment details, because there is nothing to purchase.
5. Third-party services
The site loads a typeface from a public font service so headings render consistently. That request may expose your IP address and user agent to the font provider, as any external request does. Nothing else on MeadowRidgeWorks is fetched from a third party — all styles, scripts and artwork are served from our own files.
Links to independent support organisations open in a new tab and are governed by their own privacy notices.
6. Children
MeadowRidgeWorks is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold information from anyone below that age. If you believe a minor has contacted us, write to privacy@meadowridgeworks.com and the correspondence will be deleted.
7. Your control
You can exercise complete control without contacting us:
- Erase everything — clear cookies and site data for meadowridgeworks.com in your browser settings.
- Prevent storage entirely — browse in a private window, or block storage for this site.
- Remove correspondence — email the privacy inbox and ask us to delete your thread.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and consists of static files with no database behind them. There is no stored credential to compromise, because there is no login. Email correspondence is held in a standard access-controlled mailbox.
9. Changes to this policy
If the way MeadowRidgeWorks handles information changes, this page is updated and the date at the top is revised. Material changes will also be noted on Our Current.
