Terms of Operation

1. What MeadowRidgeWorks is

MeadowRidgeWorks is a free-to-play social casino simulation hosted at meadowridgeworks.com. It recreates casino-style mechanics as entertainment software. It is not a venue, not a broker and not an operator of anything of external value. No stake of any kind is ever placed, and nothing obtained inside the reef can be taken out of it.

2. Age requirement

Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over. By dismissing the age gate and continuing, you confirm that you meet that requirement. If you cannot confirm it, you must leave the site.

3. Your responsibility to check local rules

Rules covering casino-style entertainment differ from place to place. You are responsible for confirming that accessing a simulation of this kind is permitted where you are, and for leaving the site if it is not.

4. Acceptable use

While using MeadowRidgeWorks you agree not to:

• Modify, script, automate or otherwise manipulate the game engine or your stored balance.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
• Copy, republish or redistribute the artwork, code or written content without written permission.
• Present MeadowRidgeWorks to anyone as an activity involving stakes of real-world value.
• Use the site if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to access it.

Because there is no account system, we cannot suspend an individual. We can, however, restrict access at the network level and pursue the usual remedies where conduct is unlawful.

5. Glow Pearls

• Pearls are granted for free and exist only as a number in your browser's local storage.
• They have no monetary or exchangeable value of any kind, and never will.
• They cannot be transferred between devices, browsers or people.
• Clearing site data erases them permanently, and we cannot restore them.
• We may adjust grant sizes, dive costs or release rates at any time to keep sessions balanced.

6. Availability

The reef is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it — maintenance, hosting incidents and browser changes can all interrupt access. Because nothing of value is held on the site, an outage costs you nothing beyond the session itself.

7. Intellectual property

The MeadowRidgeWorks name, the reef branding, the Lumen Reef setting, the Tide Pool Cascade engine, all artwork and all written content are ours unless credited otherwise. Logos belonging to independent support organisations remain the property of those organisations and appear here for informational purposes only.

Links to third-party resources are provided for reference. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it. Following such a link takes you outside MeadowRidgeWorks and outside these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeadowRidgeWorks and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the site develops. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
